Perfluorinated Ion Exchange Membrane

This product is a white thin film containing reinforcing materials,suitable for high electrical density and zero polar distance electrolytic cells, and applicable to all mainstream electrolytic cell types in the current market.

The product has been equipped with cation exchange capacity  when leaving the factory. In order to ensure the best  membrane condition, please use  suitable solution for pretreatment before use.The side labeled ANODE must be aligned with the anode. Otherwise,irreversible damage will caused to the product.

Packaging:

DF2808 membrane is rolled on PVC pipe,wrapped in polyethylene film, and transported in plastic containers.

Size: 

DF2808 membrane can be customized, width up to1.50 meters, length can be customized according to customer requirements.

• The product should be kept sealed when not in use.

• When storing and handling this product, please ensure a clean and dust-free environment.

• When cut the product, please be sure to use a new, sharp knife or blade.

• When handling this product, be sure to wear protective gloves.

• Be careful when handling the product, be sure not to puncture, wrinkle or scratch the film, otherwise there will be leakage points and leakage.

• During the handing, inspection, storage and installation of this product, all surfaces in contact with the membranemust be smooth and no sharp protrusions.
