JH-220 is mainly used as a processing aid for various thermoplastic/thermosetting plastics, rubber and elastomers. It can reduce the friction coefficient of the material surface, improve the wear resistance of the material, prevent the surface of the material from being scratched, and at the same time perform internal lubrication and mold release. It can also improve the anti-adhesive and anti-friction properties of the resin, and avoid surface defects and fouling of injection molded parts. The amount of JH-220 added is generally between 5-20% (by weight).
The plastic fields mainly used by JH-220 include nylon (PA), polyoxymethylene (POM), polycarbonate (PC), polyester, polyimide (PI),polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), polyether ether (PEEK), polysulfone, etc.

JH-220 is packed in wooden barrels, net weight: 20kg/barrel, which is convenient for transportation and storage.
This product is non-dangerous, please store it away from fire sources and strong oxidants. Do not smoke when operating the PTFE powder, to avoid some toxic gases produced by the burning of the PTFE powder.
